Please be advised that a sewer main break has occurred along McBride Avenue near the Lover Dogs area. Our DPW and emergency crews are on scene, and repairs are expected to take several hours.

To keep traffic moving safely, a detour is now in place:

Traffic toward Paterson: One lane remains open.

Traffic coming from Paterson:

Left onto 36th Street

Right onto Newby Avenue

This will bring drivers back out to McBride Avenue past the work zone.
